As discussed previously, the print quality reflected the file provided, which was low resolution and advised in advance. We also note on our checkout page that scans or photos of previously printed items are not recommended. A proof was provided and approved prior to printing, including a low-quality warning.

We’re always happy to help customers review files before printing to achieve the best possible result.
