File Preparation
•Save your booklet as a single file including your cover page as the first page and the back cover as the last page in your file.
•The page count must be a multiple of four. If not, blank pages will be inserted in the inside cover and or before the back cover.
•All files will be printed in CMYK color mode, please convert any RGB color to CYMK before uploading your file to avoid color differences.
•Each side of each page counts as one page, front and back covers also need to be included in the page count.
•Please do not use double page spreads, your file should be individual pages.
•If a bleed is needed, please make sure your image goes to the edge of the sheet and any type/text is 1/8 of an inch away from the edge of the sheet.
• Full bleed size 9″ x 11.5″ — Document trim size 8.5″ x 11″ —— Safety area 8.25″ x 10.75″
• To prevent white edges you can extend your design to the full bleed size 9″ x 11.5″ – but keep text and images within the safety area. If the printing goes to the edge of the sheet but no bleed is supplied in the file we will add a mirrored bleed.

Color matching
All monitor settings such as brightness, contrast, frequency, temperature, etc. affect color accuracy, your printed forms may have a slightly different color than what you see on your monitor.
