  • Ink Colors: Black or Full Color (4 color process)

    We do not print in PMS colors

     

    Carbonless forms and envelopes can not have a bleed, a 1/4 margin is required.


  • Saddle stitched booklets

    • Total Page Count Definition: The stated page count for your booklet must include all pages, which means the front cover, all interior pages, and the back cover are all counted.
    • File Preparation Requirement: Your digital file must be submitted as a sequence of individual pages (not spreads) and the total number of pages in that file must exactly match the page count you selected or specified when placing the print order.

  • No-Print Ready must upload a print ready PDF file and your order will be placed directly into production.
    YES-E-mail will be converted to PDF and uploaded within 24 business hours. You will receive an email when proof is ready for review.


  • If you need your print project to fit into a binder choose one of the hole-drilling options that suits your needs. The distance from the center of the hole to the paper edge is a standard 1/4 inch.


  • Need a smaller size. We can cut it for you.Please indicate the size you need in the ORDER NOTES area during checkout.


  • We will ship in unmarked boxes to your customer.

    Shipping Address should be your customer.

    Billing Address should be your address.


  • Your order will be packaged in 50 or 100 sets per package encased in a clear shrink-wrap film for protection.

How to Prepare Your Calendar File for Printing

  1. Set Your Document Size: Create your file at the final trim size of the calendar (e.g., 8.5″ × 11″).
  2. Add Bleed: Add 0.125″ (3mm) bleed on all sides. For an 8.5″ × 11″ calendar, your document size with bleed should be 8.75″ × 11.25″. Extend background images to the bleed edge. If a bleed is not supplied we will use a mirrored bleed.
  3. Use Safe Margins: Keep important text, logos, and graphics at least 0.25″ (6mm) away from the trim edge to prevent cutting.
  4. Use CMYK Color: Convert colors to CMYK and use 300 DPI resolution for images. Avoid RGB and Pantone colors to prevent unexpected color shifts.
  5. Embed or Outline Fonts: Ensure all fonts are embedded or converted to curves/outlines to avoid font substitutions.
  6. Export as PDF: Save your final artwork as a high-resolution PDF (Press Quality or PDF/X-1a). JPG are accepted if saved at maximum quality.
  7. Account for Hole Punch & Binding: Keep text and important artwork at least 0.5″ (12mm) from the top edge if the calendar will be hole punched.
  8. Include All Pages: Make sure your file contains all months in the correct order. Supply 1 file with all pages in the correct order.

Hello, do we have to provide you with only the images/designs? You do the rest, placing the images over the calendar? Do I have to download the example you sent if its like this can you provide us an AI or IN file? Thanks, Kelvin asked on November 6, 2025

To ensure the highest quality and accuracy for your project, we require that the design be supplied to us 100% complete and print-ready. This means the file must include the full, final layout, all imagery, and the calendar exactly as you wish it to appear in print.

We ask for the final artwork because we do not offer in-house design services and are unable to make any edits, modifications, or adjustments to your submission.

Please keep in mind that any template file we provide is intended only as a visual reference and should not be used as your final artwork file.

We apologize, but we do not currently have an editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) or InDesign file available to provide.
