Multiple Page Carbonless Forms
Need carbonless forms for your 2-page; 3-page; or 4-page documents?
• Collated (or arranged) in order (i.e., page 1, then page 2, then page 3, then page 1, etc.)
• Must upload 1 file with the correct number of pages (i.e. 2 page form must be 1 file with 2 pages)
• Page 1 will be printed as the first form, page 2 as the second, etc.
• Not attached together as a group, only collated in order.
