If reordering from our old site, unfortunately, you will need to place the order again and upload the file. We do have all your files saved, so if you need us to email you the file, we would be more than happy to email it to you, along with your old order details. This will ensure that you receive the exact reorder from our older website.

We would be more than happy to email you the information and file. Email us your name and the email of your account or fill out the “Reorder Help” page. We will email you the file and all the order details.

We know this is causing extra work on your part and we are sorry for the inconvenience, but our new site will be much easier to place a reorder and keep track of all your printing orders.
