How to Reorder a Previous Order
Need to place the same order again? Reordering makes it fast and easy to purchase a previously ordered item without starting from scratch.
Follow the steps below to quickly reorder from your account.
Step-by-Step: Reorder a Previous Order
- Log in to your account.
- Hover over My Account in the top-right corner.
- Click Orders from the dropdown menu.
- Find the order you want to reorder and click View.
- Select the Reorder button to add the item to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout when you’re ready.
Need to Change Something?
Modify Order Details
After clicking Reorder, the item will appear in your cart. From there you can click Modify to update options such as:
- Starting numbers
- Order quantities
- Product options
This allows you to reuse your previous setup while making small adjustments.
Uploading New Artwork
If your order requires new or updated artwork, you will need to place a new order instead of using the reorder feature.
This ensures the correct files are attached to your order.
Why Don’t I See the Reorder Button?
If the Reorder button is missing, it usually means one of the following:
- The order is too old to be reordered.
- The order was placed under a different account or email address.
If you’re unsure which account was used, email us with you past order number and we’ll help locate your order.
Can’t Find Your Previous Order?
If your order does not appear in Order History, check the Files tab in your account. Your artwork or order files may still be saved there.
If you still cannot locate the file, you will need to place a new order and upload your original file again.
Accessing an Old Account
Accounts are linked to the email address used when the account was created. Because of this, the email address on an existing account cannot be changed.
If you no longer have access to that email address, or the person who created the account is no longer with your organization, the best option is to:
- Create or log in to an account using your preferred email address.
- Place a new order.
- Upload your artwork file during the ordering process.
Please note that we are not able to transfer files or orders from an old to a new account.

Can I change product options when reordering?
Yes. After clicking reorder and adding the item to your cart, click Modify to adjust available options before completing checkout.
Can I upload new artwork when reordering?
No. If your order requires new artwork, you will need to place a new order to upload the updated file.
Why can’t I find my old order?
Your order may have been placed under a different account or may no longer be eligible for reordering. You can also check the Files tab to see if your artwork was saved.
Can the email on my account be changed?
No. Accounts are tied to the email used during creation. If you need to use a different email address, you will need to create a new account.
