Security envelopes have a blue inside design for privacy (Select envelope type under “Paper Type”)

Window Size and Placement

Window position: 7/8 inch from left, 1/2 inch from bottom Window size: 4-1/2 inches long x 1-1/8 inch high 1/16th inch white area required on all sides of the window

Where will my artwork print on the envelope?

If your artwork contains “crop marks” it will print exactly where you position the artwork. If your artwork does not contain “crop marks” it will be positioned in the upper left corner of the envelope.

Can my artwork go to the edge of the envelope?

No, there must be 1/2 inch margin on all edges of the envelope.

Please note that colors on your monitor may not exactly match the color of the printed envelope because each computer monitor is calibrated differently.
