  • The same file is printed on the back of each part.

    CARBONLESS TRANSFERS ONLY FROM THE FRONT SIDE.

    Writing on the back of the carbonless WILL NOT transfer to another part.


  • No-Print Ready must upload a print ready PDF file and your order will be placed directly into production.
    YES-E-mail will be converted to PDF and uploaded within 24 business hours. You will receive an email when proof is ready for review.


  • If you need your print project to fit into a binder choose one of the hole-drilling options that suits your needs. The distance from the center of the hole to the paper edge is a standard 1/4 inch.


  • Need a smaller size. We can cut it for you.Please indicate the size you need in the ORDER NOTES area during checkout.


  • A dotted line with little parts missing from the line, imprinted through all carbonless parts to make it easy to remove one part of the carbonless form either from books with wrap around covers, or from individual sets.

    Perforation will be placed 1/2 inch in from the glued-edge of the form unless you specify in the comments section that you would like it in another spot. Tear off section will be 1/2 inch shorter than finished size of form (i.e. 11\" form will be 10.5\" after removed at perforation). Please allow 3/4 inch margin on artwork.

    If you would like your perforation anywhere else, please give us the measurement from either the top, bottom, left side or right side of the form (i.e. 2 inches from the bottom).


  • Top = as you are reading your form. Landscape form top = 11\\\" side.
    Portrait form top = 8.5\\\" side.


  • We will ship in unmarked boxes to your customer.

    Shipping Address should be your customer.

    Billing Address should be your address.


  • Your order will be packaged in 50 or 100 sets per package encased in a clear shrink-wrap film for protection.


  • Books with 25 or 50 per book with heavy cover that wraps from back to front to tuck under the top set. See picture above for books with glue and books with perforations. If you want one part to remain in the book, you must pick perforations.


  • Numbering in Black
    4-8 DIGITS ONLY, NO LETTERS
    Allow 1-1/4 inch wide by 1/2 inch tall blank area for numbers.
    May be numbered anywhere on the sheet, please specify in the ORDER NOTES area during checkout.

Product Description

Snap-apart carbonless forms are oversized so when you tear off the front or middle or back pages you end up with a sheet that is 8.5″x11″. They are printed from your artwork can be used for carbon copy invoices, receipts, service orders, purchase orders, contracts, almost any business form where you need one copy for you and one or two for your customer.

Why Order Carbonless Forms Online From Lighthouse Printing

We have been providing custom carbonless forms or custom carbon copies printed from your artwork since 1990. Carbonless forms started out being known as NCR Forms or NCR Printing and have many uses such as invoices, sales receipts, work orders, home care forms, almost any business form. The old carbon forms were messy, but the new NCR or carbonless forms are quick and easy to use.

We use paper made in the U.S.A. All parts are 20 pound stock, not the flimsy carbonless. We can print your business forms in black ink or up to full color to give your forms that “pop” that makes you stand out from the crowd. We can use your PDF or Word file to print from, or if you don’t have a file we have templates available for you to design your sales receipts or invoices online. You can choose to see a PDF proof before printing, or if you’re sure your file is correct, we will put it directly into production.

ARTWORK INFORMATION FOR UPLOADED FILES

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS:

If files are not submitted in the same size as the order you placed, we will reduce or enlarge to fit. Please remember 8.5x11 size files reduced to 5.5 x 8.5 will not have equal margins. Also, enlarging files will cause them to be not as clear.

MULTI-PAGE DOCUMENTS

IF YOU WANT 100 SETS OF A 3 PAGE DOCUMENT, YOU MUST SPLIT THE DOCUMENT INTO 3 FILES. YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE 3 ORDERS IN YOUR SHOPPING CART AND UPLOAD 1 FILE ONLY FOR EACH ORDER. (The only exception is if your form is printed front and back).

SCANNED FILES

Scanned files will not produce at a greater quality than your original scan. If your scan is blurry, the printed job will be exactly the same, blurry. Be sure you scan at the highest resolution possible. (300 dpi preferred)

 1/4" MARGINS NEEDED ON ALL EDGES

SPOT COLOR PRINTING:

Red, Green, Blue are not acceptable colors for color work. Appropriate PMS colors (PMS 199, 347, etc.) or CMYK color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) must be used when creating your artwork.

Microsoft Word files are not capable of selecting PMS or CMYK colors, any files uploaded for 2 color work will be charged an additional $50.00 for creating separations for printing.
