    Writing on the back of the carbonless WILL NOT transfer to another part.


  • No-Print Ready must upload a print ready PDF file and your order will be placed directly into production.
    YES-E-mail will be converted to PDF and uploaded within 24 business hours. You will receive an email when proof is ready for review.


  • If you need your print project to fit into a binder choose one of the hole-drilling options that suits your needs. The distance from the center of the hole to the paper edge is a standard 1/4 inch.


  • Need a smaller size. We can cut it for you.Please indicate the size you need in the ORDER NOTES area during checkout.


  • A dotted line with little parts missing from the line, imprinted through all carbonless parts to make it easy to remove one part of the carbonless form either from books with wrap around covers, or from individual sets.

    Perforation will be placed 1/2 inch in from the glued-edge of the form unless you specify in the comments section that you would like it in another spot. Tear off section will be 1/2 inch shorter than finished size of form (i.e. 11\" form will be 10.5\" after removed at perforation). Please allow 3/4 inch margin on artwork.

    If you would like your perforation anywhere else, please give us the measurement from either the top, bottom, left side or right side of the form (i.e. 2 inches from the bottom).


  • We will ship in unmarked boxes to your customer.

    Shipping Address should be your customer.

    Billing Address should be your address.


  • Your order will be packaged in 50 or 100 sets per package encased in a clear shrink-wrap film for protection.


  • Numbering in Black
    4-8 DIGITS ONLY, NO LETTERS
    Allow 1-1/4 inch wide by 1/2 inch tall blank area for numbers.
    May be numbered anywhere on the sheet, please specify in the ORDER NOTES area during checkout.

Notepads – Full Page 8.5″x11″ Size

These notepads are printed in full color or black ink on white stock, with 25, 50 or 100 sheets per pad. Padded together at the top and a heavy chipboard back. Notepads are full page size – 8.5″ x 11″. Notepads can be given as promotional items to customers or keep them in the office for making lists and things to do lists.

Quantity is number of notepads – not individual sheets.

Artwork

Artwork must be 8-1/2;” x 11″ with 1/4″ white margins on all sides.

Our design is in landscape so the glued edge needs to be along the 11 inch side. Is this something you guys can do and how do I specify this on the order? Scotty asked on February 20, 2025

The glue edge is positioned as if you are reading a notepad, meaning no additional selection is needed for the glue edge to be on the top of the form’s long edge. Additionally, we have a comment section available during checkout where you can leave any specific instructions if needed.
