    Your order will be shipped when all items are ready to ship. If you have any rush orders, please order these in a separate order.


  • CARBONLESS TRANSFERS ONLY FROM THE FRONT SIDE.

    Writing on the back of the carbonless WILL NOT transfer to another part.


  • No-Print Ready must upload a print ready PDF file and your order will be placed directly into production.
    YES-E-mail will be converted to PDF and uploaded within 24 business hours. You will receive an email when proof is ready for review.


  • If you need your print project to fit into a binder choose one of the hole-drilling options that suits your needs. The distance from the center of the hole to the paper edge is a standard 1/4 inch.


  • Need a smaller size. We can cut it for you.Please indicate the size you need in the ORDER NOTES area during checkout.


  • A dotted line with little parts missing from the line, imprinted through all carbonless parts to make it easy to remove one part of the carbonless form either from books with wrap around covers, or from individual sets.

    Perforation will be placed 1/2 inch in from the glued-edge of the form unless you specify in the comments section that you would like it in another spot. Tear off section will be 1/2 inch shorter than finished size of form (i.e. 11\" form will be 10.5\" after removed at perforation). Please allow 3/4 inch margin on artwork.

    If you would like your perforation anywhere else, please give us the measurement from either the top, bottom, left side or right side of the form (i.e. 2 inches from the bottom).


  • We will ship in unmarked boxes to your customer.

    Shipping Address should be your customer.

    Billing Address should be your address.


  • Your order will be packaged in 50 or 100 sets per package encased in a clear shrink-wrap film for protection.


  • If you choose black printing, the numbering will appear in black. If you choose color printing, the numbering will appear in red.

    Our numbering is printed, not crash imprinted, printed numbering is also much clearer and more legible on all copies.
    Allow 1-1/4 inch wide by 1/2 inch tall blank area for numbers.
    May be numbered anywhere on the sheet, please specify in the ORDER NOTES area during checkout.

Full Color Flyers | Single Color Flyers

Artwork

Artwork should be 5.5″ x 8.5″ with 1/4″ white margins on all sides or uploaded with 1/8″ bleed (extra on all sides).

Bleed

Bleed is printing that goes beyond the edge of where the sheet will be trimmed. In other words, the bleed is the area to be trimmed off. The bleed is the part on the side of a document that gives the printer a small amount of space to account for movement of the paper, and design inconsistencies. We prefer a bleed of 1/8″ inch on each side that will print off the edge of the paper.

Paper Types

If you want to write information on your flyer or form, we recommend using the 60# white uncoated text paper option. You can not write on 100# white gloss with a pen or pencil.

Proofs

After your order is received, our production department will review the file and create a PDF proof for you to approve. You will receive email notification when your proof is ready. Proofs are normally done as soon as possible, but may take up to 24 business hours.

Flyers or Single Sheet Forms can be printed on white or a variety of colored stock. Black ink and Full color. Printed 1 or 2-sided. Numbering is also available if you’re looking for single sheet forms.

What is UV coating

UV coating, or ultraviolet coating, is a clear or translucent liquid that is applied to a surface and cured with ultraviolet light to create a hard, shiny finish.
UV coating is a popular printing technique that can be used to make printed materials more eye-catching and protect the ink from fading. It is applied to the entire surface of a printed piece UV coating is water resistant but not waterproof. It is often made from chemicals like polyethylene, calcium carbonate, or kaolinite, and is dried by ultraviolet light during the printing process.
